USAMAH BIN MOHD NA’IM
As a law graduate bearing LL.B (Hons) in 2022 and LL.B Syariah (Hons) in 2023 at the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), Usamah has fostered immense appreciation to the unique intricacies surrounding the legal landscape. He loyally carried the same passion throughout his time undergoing pupillage at Al Sabri & Co (Bandar Baru Bangi), which ultimately saw him being called to the Bar in 2024. Assured with the inspiring and corresponding values being upheld by the proficient law firm, Usamah remained to provide his services and develop his legal acumen within the same office to this day. Throughout his legal practice, Usamah has been constantly engaged with conveyancing matters such as sale and purchase transactions, housing loans, charge and discharge of property etc.. With his cognizance of the common dilemma and prioritization for efficiency, Usamah is meticulous in keeping abreast to the minutiae within the finer processes such as the circulars in select land offices, the instructions by specific financial institutions and the practice directions by civil courts. Usamah is also deeply involved with probate and estate distribution matters, ranging from the drafting of hibah (gift), amanah (trust) and wasiat (will) documents until the grant of probate or appointment of land administrator. In his admittedly short period of practice, Usamah also carries considerable experience in dealing and understanding the procedures of civil and criminal litigation.
