Mr Ganapathi has been in practise for (30) years with wide experience in Civil, Commercial and Corporate Litigation and has also dealt with Real Property Disputes and Employment Disputes at Industrial Court. He has wide experience as Counsel attending to Civil & Commercial Appeals at Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
He has over the years handled air freight and sea freight disputes and is presently retained as Counsel for Messrs GAC Cargo System Sdn Bhd.
ZURI ZABUDDIN BIN BUDIMAN
En. Zuri has experience in Conveyancing, Corporate, Syariah, Islamic Financing, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation.
Land and corporate conveyancing for housing and Industrial projects from Joint Venture stage to heading over vacant possession to Purchasers.
SAIFUL LIZAN BIN MUHAMED
En Saiful has wide experience in Property and Probate matters as he was in-house counsel in an established public-listed property company has given him an insight into the property transactions involving Joint Ventures, Developments of Real Estate and Property Conveyance generally while also exposing him to various quality management systems like ISO 9002 and Total Quality & Environment Management.
He was also involved in the documentation of a new Islamic estate administrations product called Trust Hibbah. This was done in collaboration with a licensed Trustee company and also involved as part of a team exploring of the market for the said Islamic administration product in Singapore. Other trans border works done by En. Saiful included the sale and purchase of shares of the proprietors in respect of large tracts of plantation lands in Kalimantan, Indonesia where in collaborating with an associate counsel in Jakarta, Indonesia En Saiful has acquired a fair knowledge of the intricacies of real estate and share sale transactions in Indonesia. Another trans border corporate transaction undertaken by En Saiful here was a sale of shares transaction in respect of a bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
LAILA AZHAN BINTI AHMAD TAJUDDIN
Pn Laila Azhan graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia with LL.B (Hons) and LLB. Syariah (Hons) in 2010 and 2012 respectively. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012. She underwent her pupillage programme at Messrs S K Yeoh & Partners and later was appointed as a partner at Messrs P W Yap Umi & Co.. She joined Messrs Zuri & Co. in 2014 who merged with Messrs Al Sabri & Co. (Bandar Baru Bangi Branch) in 2019.
Pn Laila Azhan is experienced in handling Conveyancing matters, including but not limited to the Preparation of the Sale and Purchase Agreements, Lease & Tenancy, Transfer of Property, Application for Consent to Transfer and Charge, Loan and Facility Documentations, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Discharge of Charge, Deed of receipt and reassignment, Power of Attorney, Caveat, Removal and Withdrawal of Caveat, etc.
ARTHIE MICHELLE JOHN
Ms Arthie graduated from the University of London in the year 2016 and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2018. She then completed her pupillage in Messrs Louis, Kali & Co under the tutelage of Ms Komathi Kaliappan and was subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2020. Upon being admitted to the Malaysian Bar, she then joined Messrs Al Sabri & Co in which she handles General Civil and Criminal Litigation.
